While growing up, I suffered from low self-esteem, low self-worth, and zero confidence. These factors kept me from fully embracing my true self. My life had so much beauty to offer, but I did not understand the importance of self love!
In my 30’s, I decided I no longer would live in fear. Through extensive research, dozens of courses, and every self-help book I could get my hands on, I finally found the missing ingredient in my life – self worth.
Now I am launching my online course, “21 Days of Self Love”. I am here to share my knowledge with you in order to serve as a personal roadmap to happiness.

My passion is empowering women to love and accept themselves, realize their worth, and live a bold life that they may never even have dared to dream of.
