Jack Canfield says “Everything you want is on the other side of fear”. My coach and mentor Jim Fortin says “Everything you want is on the other side of your comfort zone…” Last week in Jim’s transformational program, he challenged us to get out of our comfort zone in a big way. He gave us some options, and we had to choose one and do it. So, I did the one that scared me the most. I’m chatting about that and why it is that your fear is holding you back and WHY it’s one of the most important things you can do to reach your goals!
Escaping Your Comfort Zone – Let’s Talk About It
Check it out, then pop on over to Instagram on Monday for: Magic Monday Conversations!
On Monday morning at 10am EST I go live and dive deeper into a topic and answer any questions that may have come up over the weekend.
- Send me any comments or questions you may have around this topic (or anything in your biz or life that could use a little touch of inner beauty and magic). #magicmondays
- Hop on a live Instagram with me Monday morning at 10am where we will do a Q+A and I’ll give you an extra takeaway or chat about the exercise or challenge from the week.
Comment below OR head to Instagram and send me a direct message to let me know what you plan to do to get outside of your comfort zone THIS WEEK! Just do it! Can’t wait to hear from you!
“Everything you want is on the other side of fear”
– Jack Canfield
“Do one thing every day that scares you”
– Eleanor Roosevelt
Or as Jim Fortin says:
“Everything you want is on the other side of your COMFORT ZONE”.
This week, we dive in on why getting outside of your comfort zone is one of the most important you can do!

This episode is RAW, REAL, and UNEDITED. I just sat down, and then I pressed “record”. These are my thoughts from my own experience with depression and anxiety and how I was able to help control it and experience a lot less of it to much less extremes.
As I say in the intro, I am not a doctor, so take this with a grain of salt.
My Experiences With Depression And Anxiety
I have found the things I mention here to be immensely helpful for me with my own journey. I hope you can find a nugget or two that could help you as well.
Depression and anxiety can be very serious mental illnesses. I am in NO way suggesting that they are not.
I have had my own very real experiences with both including being on medication at different times in my life. My depression and anxiety stem from trauma in my childhood and internalizing certain situations. These are my thoughts and this is my journey.
xo,
Sara

This episode is for “the over-doers, the over-givers and the keepers of all moving parts”, as my guest today says.
Phew! I don’t know about you but I whole heartedly relate to that. What about you?
Did you know that, stress is the cause of almost ALL diseases! Say what?
So what does nature have to do with stress relief and your inner life?
Well, a lot as it turns out. Tune in to this weeks episode with my gal P Annie Kirk from RedBirdRestorativeGardens.com

- The Feminine and Nature
- How to grow your relationship with nature to promote healing in your life
