Entrepreneur and Self-Image-Alignment Leader Sara Drury Releases “21 Days to Self-Love”
LEXINGTON, KY – Sara Drury’s 10 years working as an entrepreneur in the beauty industry led her to discovering a missing link between inner beauty and outer beauty. To validate her theory, Drury began years of research that took her beauty expertise beneath the surface to help people bridge the gap from the inside out. With her first book, 21 Days to Self-Love, Drury works toward closing that gap by leading women through processes to unlock their inner magic and create the life of their dreams.
The book follows Drury’s popular online course of the same name. “21 Days to Self-Love leads readers through the process of activating self-love and giving themselves permission to take charge of their lives,” says Drury, who developed a loyal following through her make-up and beauty videos. “Throughout the book, I share tools, tips, routines, rituals and exercises I personally used to change how I see and interact with the world around me. I have gone from scared, insecure, and hiding behind the scenes to launching a successful business, becoming a leader in self-image alignment and writing this book!”
Drury is trained in neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and holds a hypnotherapy certification, both of which she uses as tools when coaching clients. Recognized for her high level of work, Drury is one of six coaches chosen out of 35 to coach for Jim Fortin and his transformational coaching program. She is also a co-author of The Total Woman, published by Professional Woman Publishing, which is also the publisher of 21 Days to Self-Love.
Drury describes her new book as a self-coaching guide and workbook filled with short, actionable tactics, “The book is meant to be your companion and I am your guide. For 21 days, I ask the reader to set aside 10-30 minutes daily to do the work inside. It takes approximately 21 days for a new habit to start to form. Since self-love is all about rewiring your brain and changing your mindset habits, I created the book and program around 21 days.” To boost readers’ chances of success, while creating a community of support and accountability, Drury also created a private Facebook group exclusively for readers.
21 Days to Self-Love is available online. The Kentucky-based Drury will sign and discuss the book November 20 at Spotz Gelato, 128 N. Broadway in Downtown Lexington. The free event is from 6 -7 p.m.
