I am sharing something SUPER personal today. The second video in my “Self-Love Lessons” video series.
I’m gonna be totally honest here and tell you that I am a little sick over sharing this publicly. I posted the first video in my “Self-love Lessons” series several months ago and while I have been very busy, the truth is, I was also feeling some major resistance to putting the second video out in such a public way.
It’s just such a personal topic to put out there for potential judgment and while I have made peace with it, it’s not my favorite thing to talk about.
BUT I’ve decided that I am going to share it anyway. The fear has been over ridden by my desire to serve and help other women like you own their worth.
I also think it’s important to talk about uncomfortable things so that others don’t feel so alone. Plus, we can learn from each others experiences but only if we are open enough with each other to share the ugly stuff too.
You may or may not agree with everything in this video and that’s ok too. My prayer is that the people who need to hear it will.
So here it is…
In this video I take a walk down memory lane through my past relationships. I talk about my own experience with physical and emotional abuse, and also finding my soul mate.
One thing to note is that I’m not just talking about it to reminisce, I want this to be helpful to you so, I pulled out the lessons that I’ve learned over the years and also show you how you can apply them to your life now.
Here is a PDF worksheet you can download totally for free to start applying the lessons: CLICK HERE
It’s important to remember that our past stories don’t define us. We can always write a new story!
But our relationships can only be as healthy as we are so it’s always important to do a little self reflection.
I hope this can be a helpful resource for you.
xo,
Sara
