I recently appeared on our local NBC affiliate WLEX 18 to discuss coping with holiday stress. I also plugged my new book 21 Days to Self-Love. This television appearance afforded me to help others watching in the Lexington area! For that, I was grateful.

The hosts of the show “It’s On!” welcomed me to the show and requested some tips for dealing with the stress of the holidays. You can say no! Give yourself permission to tell the truth, thus avoiding undue stress and overextending yourself. You don’t have to buy presents for everyone in the free world, either! Be intentional with your no’s, as well as your yes’s.
